Our Pledge

At TinkerHub, we are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment for all members, regardless of background, identity, or experience level. We pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience for everyone.

Our Standards

We expect all members of the TinkerHub community to:

1. Be Respectful: Treat all individuals with respect and kindness, valuing diverse viewpoints and experiences.

2. Be Inclusive: Welcome and support people of all backgrounds and identities.

3. Be Collaborative: Work together effectively, acknowledging the contributions of others.

4. Be Professional: Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all TinkerHub activities and interactions.

5. Be Mindful: Be aware of your surroundings and fellow participants. Alert community leaders if you notice violations of this Code of Conduct.

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable within our community:

• Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation in any form

• Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability

• Inappropriate use of sexual language or imagery

• Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following

• Unwelcome sexual attention or advances

• Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behavior

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a community member engages in unacceptable behavior, TinkerHub organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the community without warning.

Reporting Guidelines

If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a TinkerHub organizer as soon as possible. You can report incidents by:

• Contacting a TinkerHub organizer in person at an event

• Emailing [e-mail]

• Using the reporting form on our website [insert link]

All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all TinkerHub spaces, including but not limited to:

• TinkerHub events and meetups

• TinkerHub online platforms and forums

• TinkerHub social media channels

• Any other official TinkerHub activities
