SOPs
TinkerHub Foundation will conduct quarterly and yearly reviews and knowledge sharing sessions with the campus communities to align the campus programs and activities with the TinkerHub mission and vision. The format of these meetings will be decided by the foundation.
Monthly
Monthly Townhall
In addition to our quarterly retreats, we will have monthly townhall sessions to keep the momentum going.
These sessions will allow for continuous engagement and support among community members.
Ensure that everyone stays connected, motivated, and informed about ongoing activities and initiatives.
Monthly 1:1 with Your Mentor
TinkerHub believes in the power of personalized guidance and support.
Each month, we will conduct one-on-one meetings to coach the community leads.
Discuss what’s happening, overall progress, address challenges, and provide alternate solutions and ideas if required.
These sessions are designed to ensure that each community receives the attention and resources needed to thrive, fostering personal growth and development.
Quarterly
Quarterly Retreat
Building a strong community requires regular interaction and bonding.
We will host quarterly retreats where community members can come together, share experiences, collaborate on new ideas, and have fun together.
These retreats are designed to foster deeper connections and inspire innovation within the community.
Utilize a "train the trainer" approach and implement a house system for organization.
Quarterly Review
Ideally, this will be organized as a one-day event at an offline location.
All the campus leads (or co-leads, in the absence of the lead) will be invited to participate in the meeting.
The campus community teams will be able to present their learnings from the last quarter's activities and share their plans for the next quarter.
The foundation will collaborate with the leads to create learning activities for the next quarter.
Communities that didn’t met minimum engagement metrics will be terminated by following due process.
Annually
Kick-off
Our annual camp for campus leads is a flagship event where we bring together the leads behind our campus communities. This camp serves as a platform for connection, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among the campus leads and the foundation team.
During the camp, campus leads have the opportunity to network with their counterparts from other communities and gain valuable insights and learnings from seasoned mentors and industry experts.
Moreover, the camp provides a unique opportunity for campus leads to directly interact with the foundation team, facilitating open dialogue and co-creation of future plans. Through interactive sessions and workshops, participants actively contribute their ideas and perspectives, shaping the direction and initiatives for the upcoming year.
Annual Meetups
This is the place where the entire campus community leadership comes together to celebrate their achievements.
The campus community leadership team and the foundation team will review the past year and co-create future plans. Monthly 1:1 with your mentor (this is for you, personal growth- to be added)
Monthly Plan/Yearly Plan
To ensure a structured and strategic approach to community development, TinkerHub will provide a comprehensive monthly and yearly plan. These plans will outline key activities, goals, and milestones, helping communities stay on track and achieve their objectives. By offering a clear roadmap, we aim to simplify the planning process and support communities in their growth journey.
